- Assisting with personal care, which may include bathroom functions, bathing, grooming, dressing, and eating for old folks.
- Following a prescribed healthcare plan, which may include assisting with exercise and administering medication.
- Ensuring the residence is organized according to their needs and that safety measures are in place. You may also be expected to assist with some light housework.
- Providing emotional support and encouragement to perform necessary tasks.
- Providing mobility assistance may be required, for example helping the client in and out of bed, a chair, or a wheelchair.
- Monitoring and reporting changes in health, behavior, and needs.
- You are important in maintaining cleanliness and comfortable environment for elderly retirement’s life
Requirements
- Minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM).

- Manage the company’s online presence, including the website, social media platforms, and online advertising.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional activities and sales strategies.
- Plan and organize events and workshops to engage potential clients and healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and analyze marketing data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as hospitals, nursing homes, and community organizations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement the marketing budget.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including social media platforms and email marketing software.
- Ability to create engaging content and marketing materials.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
